SSEBAGALA [SEYA] RESIGNS AS PRESIDENTIAL ADVISER. Presidential press secretary Tamale Mirundi said Hajj Sebaggala was never a presidential adviser and challenged him to present his appointment letter. “When a presidential adviser quits, he/she returns a vehicle and other things. Mr Sebaggala has nothing to surrender. In fact, it is like saying you are divorcing when you were never married,” Mr Mirundi said by telephone yesterday. WAS SEBAGALA USED, DUPED AND REALISED THIS LATE, HENCE DISGRACEFULLY RESIGNS. DOES HE HAVE ANYTHING TO OFFER TO UGANDANS?
