STAFF ANALYST/COMPENSATION ANALYST – Long term contract position to conduct analysis of job description relevancy accuracy through job audits of incumbents, researches and analyzes data to obtain information for formulating projects, plans, surveys, reports, strategies, forecasts and trends. Requires individual with 10 years HR Human Resources experience with high level HR expertise and expert consulting skills. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field. 4 years of experience should be in a Senior Level position as a Consultant or Manager. Strong preference to candidates with certifications such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) and/or SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources). Downtown Houston. Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm. Long term contract position. Salary $35/hour. Resumes to jbroun@executeam
