STAGE 5 WATER RESTRICTIONS go into effect Tuesday evening!!!! Graham has been currently under stage 1 water use restrictions. HOWEVER, Stage 5 water use restrictions WILL BE in effect in Graham TX and for its wholesale customers from 7pm Tuesday August 27, to 3pm Wednesday August 28, approximately. The actual end of the restrictions will depend on tank levels. The restrictions are NEEDED to make a connection to the recently repaired 14 inch water line that failed beneath State Highway 67. The connection will provide service to customers currently on a temporary connection due to recent emergency repair. Stage 5 restrictions include: NO OUTSIDE WATERING, Except for hand held hose NO BULK WATER SALES CAR WASHES WILL CONSERVE WATER
