STALLHOLDERS - PLEASE NOTE! We have received three or four applications from stallholders wishing to operate a stall at this years Fair, without the required payment, or any note explaining how or when we can expect to receive it. Unfortunately, these applications will not be added to the stall-site map unless the required payment is lodged with us prior to the 1st of August. If the required payment is not lodged by this date, the application will be considered void, and the applicable stall-site will be offered to a new stallholder. We have potential new stallholders calling us every day, wanting to know how they can obtain a stall-site at this years Fair. We have been telling these stallholders to call us back on the 4th of August, and if there is a vacancy for the products they wish to sell, they will, immediately, be offered a stall-site at this years Fair. Hence the reason for requiring the applicable stall-site rental fee to be received by us prior to the 1st of August. If you are one of the stallholders who sent us your completed and signed stall-site Application Form, without the required payment, and you have not notified us about how and when you will forwarding the payment to us, we suggest you contact us immediately!
