Some advice needed for Kathryn, please. Shes going for an epic experience for her first 26.2, and is all signed up for London 2015 (!!!), but is wondering whether to take the trip (she lives in Australia) as some me time as her husband is suggesting, or to bring her 6-year-old daughter along for what is sure to be an amazing cultural experience - not to mention the excitement of seeing her moms incredible achievement. Her concerns are many - travel fatigue, jet lag, finding reliable babysitters in a foreign country, and the whole business of having to be back on mom duty navigating flights/luggage/travel hassles with a young child in two right after running a marathon. What are your thoughts, ladies? Do you think the pros outweigh the cons, or would you opt for a solo trip?
