START WITH YOU Quite honestly this is the biggest message I took away from Summit.. What spoke to me was that in order for me to truly be a strong advocate for healthy living, in order for me to have the respect and trust of people, I must START WITH ME AND MY OWN CHOICES.... How I choose to live, how I choose to eat, how I choose to prioritize myself, how I choose to make exercise part of my day, how I choose to communicate and is WHAT I am communicating are REFLECTED BY MY OWN PERSONAL DAILY LIFE.. The old adage Actions Speak Louder than words..... so damn true... and the truth is that people can see and feel your TRUTH whether you verbalize it or not.... At the end of the day there is one very huge question to ask yourself... AM I LIVING IT? Ive found that its easy to let little weeds infiltrate your daily lifes landscaping...... and that little concessions turn into bigger ones, concessions made in one are of life will lead to concessions in other areas of life and before you know it there are weeds growing in EVERY AREA, and something seemingly small has turned into something much bigger and much more evident. My new personal daily mantra is NO WEEDS... and we know what weeds we have growing in our own back yards, we know them internally, we see them, and the result is whatever tattered flags you have in your own life, business, marriage, etc... Every day reminding myself that I have to WEED MY LIFE.. that I cant let weeds take over, and that I must be consciously aware of which weeds are threatening the beauty of my life and team.... So my biggest summit takeaway.. is this... YOU are the maker of your own story... YOUR CHOICES, YOUR AUTHENTIC BELIEF, YOURE LIVING IT and not just TALKING ABOUT IT... AM I LIVING IT? will now be the biggest question I ask myself on a daily basis.... and if the answer is always YES then I have no doubt the REST will happen.. that My fitness and health will be solid, that my income and team will be growing, that I will have the fulfillment of helping others and truly helping them, that my wife and life and family will be happy and connected, and that I will KNOW in my own heart that I am LIVING as the man I should be and that it will be KNOWN by others without ME having to say a word...
