Kicking her butt on this 21 Day Fix Program from Beachbody! We are going for 12lbs on weight loss joirney this next 14 Day Cycle. She is already down 9lbs from the first cycle!!! Everyone been asking to workout with Keith in town and out of town. I have a solution. Creative was and still is my Gift. Lol. Who all remember the Creative Solution Homework Assignments in Elementary??? Lol Next week, I am starting a weekly LIVE ONLINE 8 minute Group workout for FREE. You get 8 minutes with Keith LIVE. Encouraging those who are not able to get to the gym because of their busy schedules and those that just want to experience the SMACK down fitness experience to join me LIVE online once a week as a Group for the next 3 weeks.
