STEPPING OUT ON FAITH Many people have told me good luck when they find out I am running, especially against a 12-year incumbent. I let them know INSTANTLY that it is about stepping out on faith and trusting God. Now believe me, it is ABSOLUTELY scary to step out on faith but it really is a test of obedience to God. That said, I campaigned hard today with the Vote4Lan campaign team at my home church, the Rock Church. There is no place like your home church ;), even though I fell in love with many different small churches I visited and their church families. The Rock Church is a mega church and we were at the Point Loma campus. We sign waved all day at all 5 services reaching out to at least 12,000 people who attend the services on any given Sunday ;). I have also visited at least 35 churches throughout my campaign. They include the following churches. I will apologize now for any church or Synagogues I might have left out... 1.
