RECOMMENDATIONS Valid Driver’s license (EB) Computer Literacy (Proof to be attached) KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS TRAINING AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED Knowledge and understanding of the PFMA, Treasury Regulations. Sound management, negotiation, interpersonal and problem solving skills. Knowledge of BAS. Numeric and accuracy skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to plan effectively and efficiently. Ability to work under pressure and meet specified deadlines KEY PERFOMANCE AREAS Consolidate all information and inputs in respect of budget from organizational units for preparation of the Medium Term Expenditure Framework budget in terms of the PFMA, Treasury Instructions and Practice Notes. Analyse on a monthly basis the performance of the budget for the District Office responsibilities with a view to uMnyango Wezempilo . Departement van Gesondheid inform cash flow and management decision making processes. Draw Bas reports, interpret, analyse and submit findings to the Finance Manager and prepare journals to ensure correct allocation of expenditure versus budget. Maintain monthly cash flow monitoring arrangements by taking minutes for financial meetings, clearly and concisely and keeping records thereof. Maintain adequate availability and utilization of all allocated resource. Checking and processing of BAS transactions. Ensure compliance with departmental rules, regulations, policies, acts etc. Maintain and clear suspense accounts for the various responsibilities in the District office. Implement sound financial management controls to ensure that the District Office remains within its monthly cash flow. Monitor, train and develop staff under sphere of control and evaluate the EPMDS process within the finance component. Enquiries: MR.
