The Bible says the key is planting to harvest, and not reap to plant. God has already given us the seed, now we have to follow the example of the poor widow and the poor brothers from Macedonia. This is the only way to victory - So says the Bible. Read and meditate on the following texts: Luke: 21:1 He looked up, and saw the rich people who were putting their gifts into the treasury. 21:2He saw a certain poor widow casting in two small brass coins.b 21:3He said, “Truly I tell you, this poor widow put in more than all of them, 21:4for all these put in gifts for God fromtheir abundance, but she, out of her poverty, put in all that she had to live on.” Luke 6: 6:38“Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, will be given to you.o For with the same measure you measure it will be measured back to you.” 2 Corinthians 8: 1 Moreover, brothers, we make known to you the grace of God which has been given in the assemblies of Macedonia; 8:2how that in much proof of affliction the abundance of their joy and their deep poverty abounded to the riches of their liberality. 8:3For according to their power, I testify, yes and beyond their power, they gave of their own accord, 8:4begging us with much entreaty to receive this grace and the fellowship in the service to the saints. 8:5Thiswas not aswe had hoped, but first they gave their own selves to the Lord, and to us through the will of God. 8 2 Corinthians 9: 6 Remember this: he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly. He who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. 9:7Let each man give according as he has determined in his heart; not grudgingly, or under compulsion; for God loves a cheerful giver. 9:8And God is able to make all grace abound to you, that you, always having all sufficiency in everything, may abound to every good work. 9:9As it is written, “He has scattered abroad, he has given to the poor. His righteousness remains forever.”i 9:10Now may he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food, supply and multiply your seed for sowing, and increase the fruits of your righteousness; Support the work of God and helps people! Isaac sowed in time of poverty and reaped a hundredfold. Follow his example. Genesis 26: 12 Isaac sowed in that land, and reaped in the same year one hundred times what he planted. Yahweh blessed him. 26:13The man grew great, and grew more and more until he became very great. 26:14He had possessions of flocks, possessions of herds, and a great household. The Philistines envied him. John: 17 If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them. Evangelista Geraldo Cândido Trindade James 1: 21 Therefore, putting away all filthiness and overflowing of wickedness, receive with humility the implantedword, which is able to save your soulsb. 1:22But be doers of the word, and not only hearers, deluding your own selves. 1:23For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man looking at his natural face in a mirror; 1:24for he sees himself, and goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. 1:25But he who looks into the perfect law of freedom, and continues, not being a hearer who forgets, but a doer of the work, this man will be blessed in what he does.
