STOP doing this if you are serious about successful Weight loss! #7 - STOP compensating for exercise by eating more! I know I used to do this.. I would think to myself, i just exercised so i can eat this or I can add this much or.... Do not reward yourself for your workout! It is extremely common to have an increase in appetite once you start a new workout program...drink more water AND plan a healthy, low calorie snack right after your workout! Make sure it is a lean protein combined with a healthy carb! :)
