STORY OF GOLDEN TOILET (SITLA PRASAD CHAWL PUBLIC TOILET only 06 stead) Dear All Chimat Pada Citizen I have suggest the Golden Toilet name for Sitla prasad public toilet here i want to draw your kind attention on hidden points of Sitla prasad public toilet when we meet to one responsible citizen of Sitla prasad chawl and discussed about the work order details then he said some political person are doing this work so i cant asked for work order copy and he also told me he was not aware about the toilet reconstruction work suddenly in morning handbill distribute at door and he also added we have no need to reconstruction this toilet because this toilet was in good condition but now MLA fund has been allocated to sitla prasad chawl so we citizen request to contractor and political worker dont demolish the safety tank only reconstruct the toilet structure so major work of public toilet demolish and reconstruction of safety tank work escape from work order and now contractor save lot of time and labor and material cost from work order so he was ready to do small small things which has been not included in work order like A-1 tiles quality and make specially heavy gage aldrop door kit welded from outside in my life i have not seen this type of aldrop and tiles in chimat pada toilet construction work for that i kept name Golden Toilet of Chimat pada SOME HIDDEN POINT OF GOLDEN TOILET 1) Public Toilet work has going on without Land Lord NOC 2) For this toilet Mhada already send NOC request in 2011 3) Toilet reconstruction fund has been passed in 2014 in last stage of MLA election. 4) All work has going on without Schedule -B work order copy 5) Sitla prasad citizen and chimat pada citizen has not aware about section fund amount for 06 seated public toilet 6) no body has no the quality of plaster thickness inner and outer side of wall 7) no body has not known the ratio of mixture of cement and sand 8) Contractor Majour work Safety Tank demolish and reconstruction work escapee from work order as per public choice 9) contractor use old ms pipe in toilet room and for roof structure lot of amount save in this item 10) Contractor has not insurance and p.f policy and ESIC facility as per the norms he fill E-Tendering and get the work and give to sub contractor to complete the work for that labors economically has not growth only Mhada contractor economically growth because as per the norms contractor paid all facility to labor then Finally contractor show lolly pop to chimat pada citizen he was invest money sand/brick/cement /labor. now we are following to mhada for work order copy Siddique From AGNI ward 75
