STRANDED - IN A CROSSROAD 1 Thursday June 26, 2014 The disasters that World War I created between 1914–1918 were one you would not like to read. After that, all the affected countries began reconstructions. No one would ever imagine having another world war in the history of mankind anymore. But by 1939, World War II broke out. At the beginning it seemed to last for a while. But it continued for another six years (ie 1939-1945). By this time, farming was dead and shortage of food was high. Twenty thousand Dutch civilians starved to death as the war drew to an end. Families were stranded for lack of food. Only a hand full survived eating tulip bulbs to stay alive. Tulips are not really edible but these class had no choice. The Bible says; 22. It is of the Lords mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. Lam. 3:22 KJV The entire Lamentations 3 was born out of a stranded heart; one who had no hope elsewhere. He poured out his heart as it flowed. Many of us reading this are in this state now. Some have taken a course, business, venture, career, etc, due to situations they found themselves. Some went into repeated sin for lack of hopes. But we should live by His mercies, love and grace daily. TODAY, pray these... Oh Lord; 1. May I not be STRANDED to the point of confusion. 2. May circumstances not decide fate for me. 3. May I not be a victim of war or chance, but a product of your grace; in Jesus name, Amen. Read: Lam. 3; Ps. 123 Please rebroadcast and share with those you love. ++SOULFOOD++ Devotion Team Join Us On BB: 73DD10C3 Facebook: SOULFOOD DEVOTIONAL https://facebook/groups/631107006945724
