STRAWBERRY-RHUBARB PIE - 2 pie crusts.. Pillsbury ready made roll out pie crusts will do if you cheat like me. dust the pie pans with a little flour and put the pie crust in. Filling .( 3 cups rhubarb small chunks and one 10 oz carton sweetened sliced strawberries )divide into the 2 crusts..in a bowl add 8 eggs, one can evaporated milk, 2 1/2 cups sugar, pinch of salt. beat well and pour evenly over strawberrry rhubarb. bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes till custard is firm in middle. cool and servie with cool whip or icecream or plain. just for you Kelly Brandt Fox lol!!
