STUDY OPPORTUNITY IN TECHNICAL, VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING As advertised in New Era newspaper dated 13 October 2014 The Republic of Namibia through the Ministry of Education is inviting Namibian applicants to apply for the fully-funded study opportunity in a three year- senior secondary technical and vocational education and training (TVET), which will lead to an Advanced Level (A Level) qualification at the Loudima Institute of Technical and Vocational Training (LITVT) in the Republic of Congo. The Institute is a joint project of the governments of the Republic of Namibia and Republic of Congo for the academic year starting October 2014. It has been established with the aim to create a cadre of graduates with competencies and skills in line with national and international standards in order to meet the demands of industry locally and internationally. Application forms are available at regional Directorates of Education in all 14 regions. The application form is also downloadable from Ministerial website.
