STUPID CYCLISTS: I have just driven back from Kingston to Hersham and passed five cyclists all dressed in dark clothes with no lights on their bikes not even reflectors. Do this idiots have a death wish? Motorists especially with headlights facing them cannot always see this people. Even if they had something white on them, it would help but in dark clothes they are asking for trouble. It is illegal to cycle without lights on your bike, a few put in court and resultant publicity may wake people up.
