Meanwhile, light to moderate with occasional heavy #rains affecting #Laguna (Luisiana, Pakil, Pangil, Sta.Maria,) #Quezon (Gen Nakar, Quezon, Tayabas) Portions of #Batangas which may persist for 2 hours.
