SUESSICAL!!!!!!! we regret to inform you that we had a small fire with a large amount of smoke in one of the kitchen areas at Athens this afternoon. The fire occurred well after student dismissal and no one was injured. Any remaining staff or students in the building were evacuated and the fire department quickly put the fire out. The cause of the fire is still under investigation. There is no substantial damage but the building was filled with smoke. Unfortunately, this means the ATC Theatre Companys wonderful production of Seussical must be canceled for this evening. If you have tickets for tonights show, they will be honored at an additional show on Saturday, March 29th at 3 p.m. We apologize for the inconvenience. please email [email protected] Thank you,
