SUGAR. I can honestly say that this is the number one problem most of us have in derailing our weight loss/lifestyle change efforts. Try small changes in ridding your home and diet of sugars... --Do not drink your sugars (soda, juice, etc...) --Reduce your intake of simple carbohydrates (proccessed as sugar in the body...white pastas, breads, crackers, cookies, baked goods- proccessed foods) --Find the hidden sugars. (bbq sauces, mustards, fat free dressings, deli meat, baked beans, etc..) --Write down your go to sugary foods (cupcakes, candy bars, cereals) and rid your diet of those ones FIRST. Eat fruit every day, it has natural sugars and Will satisfy the cravings, I promise, just give it a chance:) --Know that this is a LIfestyle...not all or nothing. Take it one step at a time. Start with the most difficult things, just this Week. next week, make a new goal:)
