SUNDAY RUN - 11-11:30 PACE (LADIES & MEN) 8AM COMMUNITY CENTRE - 9 miles Last week we ran 9.25 miles (2 x Chineham loops, both slightly different, and one home lap), and the plan is to do the same this Sunday. However, anyone who wants to join for just one Chineham loop of around 4.75 miles is more than welcome as we touch base at the Community Centre after the first & second loop. Likewise anyone who just wants to do the last 1.5 mile lap is more than welcome to join us. Estimated times - back at the Community after first Chineham Loop approx 8.45am, after second loop approx 9.30am. We can pick up anyone who would like to join in. See you on Sunday!!
