SUNDAY SERVICE MESSAGE DATE: 16/03/2014 THEME FOR THE MONTH: LOVE Pastor Wole Oshinupebi BIBLE VERSE: 1 John 4:11 Love is a weapon of breakthrough especially over curses. Love is Gods potent power to break evil. He that Lovett not knoweth not God. Whatsoever a man soweth that shall he reap...let US not be weary we shall reap in due season, let US do good to all men... (Galatians 6:7, 8, 9) You will only reap what you sow. If you and your household makes a difference in the lives of others, you and your household will enjoy the benefit. Show love to others, and others Will show you love. If you are wicked to others you will be wicked to yourself. Your household will grow in wickedness and hatred, therefore we must learn to Love. GRACE... (Ephesians 6:34) Grace is always given to those who love others and God. We cannot succeed without the grace of God. In all that we do, the grace of God is relevant. Therefore, we must love God with sincerity to receive Gods grace. You must show that you love God for grace to abound. FRUITFULNESS...(2 Peter 1:5) Without love there can be no growth. There will be no peace, no happiness till we practice love. You Must show love to experience faithfulness. You must be diligent in your affairs , your career or your business. You must diligently add to your faith virtue . Be straight forward and honest , To virtue add knowledge, to knowledge Temperance, to temperance Patience, to patience Godliness to Godliness Brotherly kindness, to brotherly kindness Charity. There will only be fruitfulness when we do good things. Thou shall Love thy neighbour and bless your enemy...(Mathew 5:43) Do not put anybody through hatred. You must ask God to help you. You must not sustain anger and enemity. Thou shall love the lord thy God with all thy heart, soul and mind, thou shall love thy neighbour as thyself (Mathew 22:37) Love makes us different...we must love God with all of our heart, mind and soul, it is bigger than all the sacrifices we can think about... (Mark 12:33) when we are in Christ we are the same. You must teach your family to Love. You must cancel hatred from your life. Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, mind and soul and thy neighbour as thyself...(Luke 10:27-37) Our neighbour is that stranger, man or woman who needs help, who needs to be shown love. It doesnt matter the tribe or language they speak or the religion, we must relate with everyone. (Luke 10) PRAYER POINTS * Lord, help me that i may Love enough to experience breakthrough. * Lord, help me to Love others just as I love myself.
