This role covers the need to organize and facilitate courses, develop relationships with key external partners and support the internal talent programs. This role has the ability to extend to assist in managing certain projects in the supply chain space and thus either formal supply chain experience (planning, procurement, manufacturing or distribution) is a must or the individual must have an interest in supply chain development. Main Responsibilities Lead key Recruitment through various drives Coordinate and deliver capability building & selected workshops Oversee various committees within the Academy Manage budget Functional link between HR and Supply chain Size & Scope - Resource Managed, Sphere of Influence by Business Area/Function This role will require the individual to be able to manage multiple project teams across the business. They will need to have strong organizational and project management skills and must be able to communicate with employees from the most junior to the most senior level. The individual will have to be proactive and self managed and be able to think out the box and needs to be flexible to change with the role as the role continues to expand and develop. Stakeholders Internal Communication and interface with cross-functional teams within Unilever supply chain from junior employees to directors External All liaison with 3P contractors who deliver workshops Work with external partners – Universities, contractors, bursary students ONLINE ASSESSMENT: Please note: as part of the job application, you will be asked to complete an online assessment.
