ph jones the book part 99. a ph jones henchman turned up this afternoon with a brand new valve, if your following the story, in a box for the boiler. unfortunately he says its the wrong part and its even not for this boiler. seeing as my boiler was now working he didnt seem to think it worth replacing it anyway which would save your housing some money. asbestos people coming wednesday to chech the room for asbestos after their workman fell through the roof recently(see earlier part). to be continued xxx
