fsbo owners are so funny (stupid) some time Owner: my home appraised at $202,000, Im asking $245,000 Me: but a buyer wont be able to get a loan for your asking price and you would be the most expensive one in the neighborhood by almost $50,000 Owner: But I can find a cash buyer who doesnt need a loan to give me what Im asking. Mine is the nicest one in the neighborhood. Me.......uuuuughhh.....would you pay $43k more than appraised value? ***If this guy sells his home for his asking price, I plan to buy property just get him to sell it for me***
