SUTA-by its name and nomenclature is a teachers association & not a socio- political organization . If any body feels that he/ she has become demagogue or political leader then he or she should join practical politics or make her/ his political group , for God sake. No book on earth has ever been written which gives you Licence or exempt any person from performing his/ her duties for which he or she has been paid and employed for . We have become morally bankrupt and coward people and can not say truth due to fear or any favor in offing. Our so called photogenic civil society is either unaware of facts or want to be in news papers/pictures without knowing and analyzing the matter ; may be afraid of !!or driven by their cheap interests. Can any body quote a single example from and developed country where teachers boycott from teaching for months but claim financial benefits though? - and again say proudly that their struggle is for just and right cause? -- More interestingly and importantly ,why in the universities occupied by Sindhi students like sindh, tando jam , MUET etc and why not in karachi , NED , Dow , UET lhr etc? Who is enemy of Sindhis ! .. There is state and government which appoints VCz under set laws and through same laws the same teachers are appointed too . Lets suppose if head of institutions are appointed after consultation and approval of the subordinate staff of the same institution ; it will be anarchy and crowd ism and no one will be safe then . Recently a competent Vc in tando jam university has been appointed but teachers agitate and boycott over his appointment arguing that he / new vs ,is not from their less competent faculty ! Is it argument ?This mind set is identical to that of Taliban or Baku haram of Nigeria . I think that the time has come that we must discourage any activity which is anti education of sindh and which ultimately destroys our educational institution else we will be no where .
