****SWEET MAMAS IS LOOKING FOR A HERO***** 6 year old MAMAS and her 4 year old housemate (maybe son?), BABY - A1021044, were living the good life with their person until, tragically, that person died. Now they’re both sitting in cages at Brooklyn ACC grieving for their person, for their home and their neighborhood, and for each other. While both dogs had some redness around their eyes, they were both found in good health and at good weight. It must have been hard for MAMAS to go through an intrusive medical exam but she put on her very best manners. But being pretty and sweet isn’t enough to stop ACC from putting MAMAS on tomorrow’s euthanasia list. In a perfect world, MAMAS and BABY would go off together to at least help each other recover from this ordeal but tonight, MAMAS must be the priority. If you can picture yourself going for long walks with this beautiful girl named MAMAS at your side, if you can picture running in the yard or the doggie park, if you can picture yourself watching TV with MAMAS lying at your feet, start working on fostering or adopting MAMAS (and maybe BABY?). But remember that time is of the essence—at noon tomorrow, ACC won’t consider how much MAMAS has lost already, they won’t hesitate to make her gone forever...
