SYMBOLISM IN VANITY FAIR - DECEMBER 2012.Truman Streckfus Persons (September 30, 1924 – August 25, 1984), known as Truman Capote , was an American author, screenwriter and playwright, many of whose short stories, novels, plays, and nonfiction are recognized literary classics, including the novella Breakfast at Tiffanys (1958) and the true crime novel In Cold Blood (1966), which he labeled a nonfiction novel. At least 20 films and television dramas have been produced of Capote novels, stories, and plays. Capote rose above a childhood troubled by divorce, a long absence from his mother, and multiple migrations. He had discovered his calling as a writer by the age of 11, and for the rest of his childhood he honed his writing ability. Capote began his professional career writing short stories. The critical success of one story, Miriam (1945), attracted the attention of Random House publisher Bennett Cerf, and resulted in a contract to write the novel Other Voices, Other Rooms (1948). Capote earned the most fame with In Cold Blood, a journalistic work about the murder of a Kansas farm family in their home. Capote spent four years writing the book aided by his lifelong friend Harper Lee, who wrote To Kill a Mockingbird (1960). A milestone in popular culture, In Cold Blood was the peak of Capotes literary career; it was to be his final fully published book. In the 1970s, he maintained his celebrity status by appearing on television talk shows. vanityfair/magazine/toc/contents-201212 en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Truman_Capote#mediaviewer/File:Truman_Capote_and_Jack_Dunphy_Stone_at_Crooked_Pond.jpg Works of Truman Capote 1945 Miriam Short story; published in Mademoiselle 1948 Other Voices, Other Rooms Novel 1949 A Tree of Night and Other Stories Collection of short stories 1964 A short story appeared in Seventeen magazine 1975 Mojave and La Cote Basque, 1965 Short stories published in Esquire 1976 Unspoiled Monsters and Kate McCloud Short stories published in Esquire 1980 Music for Chameleons Collection of short works mixing fiction and nonfiction 1983 One Christmas Short story published as a gift book 1986 Answered Prayers: The Unfinished Novel Published posthumously 1987 A Capote Reader Omnibus edition containing most of Capotes shorter works, fiction and nonfiction 2002 A House On The Heights Book edition of Capotes essay for Holiday Magazine, February 1959, about his life in Brooklyn Heights 2004 The Complete Stories of Truman Capote Anthology of twenty short stories 2004 Too Brief a Treat: The Letters of Truman Capote Edited by Capote biographer Gerald Clarke 2007 Portraits and Observations: The Essays of Truman Capote Published by Random House SHORT HUSBAND - PLAYING CRIMINAL TRANSGENDER WOMAN AND TALL WIFE -PLAYING TRANSGENDER HUSBAND.OLD AGE MAN AND YOUNG WIFE COMBINATION FOR HEINOUS CRIMES LIKE MURDER,MONEY LAUNDERING - HIGH TREASON. crimelibrary/gangsters_outlaws/family_epics/marcello/12.html en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harry_S._Truman en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UGM-133_Trident_II en.wikipedia.org/wiki/W88
