Saath Charitable Trusts new community centre now open at Umang Narol, Ahmedabad. The centre will run training courses in formal and informal sector for youth, women and construction workers and also serve as an information hub for slum dwellers providing access and linkages to various government schemes and services. In addition centre will serve as a youth resource centre providing a platform to members of Saaths Youth Force initiative. Along with it the centre will run informal education classes for child labourers and children of labourers. The centre will have a functioning branch of Saath Cooperative as well providing access to savings and affordable credit to the bottom of the pyramid people.
