Yes the bible give us this conditions but this kind of act of man for animals like raping torturing for pleasure and other horrendous stuff is not acceptable by the eyes of God even though in other religion like Hinduism Taoism and other religions that need to have an animal sacrifice. Man is like a rabid animal for doing this..
