Sad......period. Garner said dont touch me, puts his hands up as a guy puts him in a choke hold(which is against NYPD policy) takes him down, Garner with his hands still up is yelling I cant breathe I cant breathe and even though hes already in a chokehold theres one guy pushing his head down into the concrete meanwhile Garner is still saying I cant breathe, he goes limp and nobody performs CPR and he dies. Coroner rules it a homicide and Officer doesnt get indicted?!?! Okkkaayyyy.....really can you honestly say thats not a problem??? Forget color just see a human, this isnt a problem???
