Sad to learn & posting this video again after reading ངག་དབང་ བཀྲིས la fb post today at 08:00pm. It goes, some Tibetan parents tryin their best to speak in english language to their childrens during teacher parents meeting @ Tomkins square middle school. There are other parents from different countries speaking in their own language to their kids but, those Tibetan parents are very desperate and tryin their best to speak in english language to impress the gathering beside its shattered/broken. it is very sad to learn that cultural genocide is still on the row.. His Holiness and 10th Penchen Ricnpoche always remained vocal in preserving Tibetan language, culture & religion. H.H said- Childrens can never learn their mother tongue from school but, it has to be taught from home and by the parents.
