Sad to say, the rallying of conservative groups to Mitch McConnell since yesterdays primary will probably hand him the election. This would not be the case if the Democrat, Ms. Grimes, had not made the idiot move of attacking McConnell for being too weak a defender of coal. Hello, Ms. Grimes? Anybody home? Youre running as a Democrat at a time when coal is killing the planet. Youre asking progressives and environmentalists to come out and work for you. The constituency for a word-mouthing pro-coal Democratic woman is a null set.
