Sad to see our federal government begin to shut down tomorrow. Federal government employees will be furloughed, states will lose millions of dollars a day, the stock market will suffer, but the saddest part is Congress will continue to work and be paid. People who think that anyone in Congress is "making a stand" or "fighting for America," I promise it is far from that. This shutdown is out of self-interest and a polarized political agenda from both sides. Our country is in a sad state of affairs, which is symbolized by this shutdown and failure to compromise on BOTH sides of the aisle in Congress. Educate yourselves.
