Sad to see scammers still in front of the Grand Palace telling tourists that it is closed. They do this as they want them to visit expensive jewelry shops & tailors which give them a handsome commission. I managed to rescue this British couple. It was their last day in Bangkok and they would have missed out if I hadnt stepped in. When the scammers saw me taking pictures they became camera shy and ran off. When will this end? Its been going on for decades.
