Sadly I have to report that Virgin Holidays are seemingly a company of very little integrity as they continue to hide behind an elderly first time intended traveller to the USA not asking the right question of them rather than a presumably experienced Sales Advisor, no doubt keen to close the sale, asking the question that may have lost them the booking and saved my parents losing their holiday that they wont refund. Any Twitter followers of me, please help spread the word and warn others thinking of booking with them!
