Sadly this is all so true. I personally stopped years ago to help a lady whos car had broken down off the side of the road and a man who was naked and was sniffing paint, tried to breakout the womans car window, so she got out of her car and was fighting this man off when he assaulted her and attempted to rape her in broad daylight off interstate 10 during 5 oclock drive time traffic in El Paso, Texas. The traffic was heavely congested and 100s of El Pasoans saw this crime taking place right in front of them. In the end only law enforcement and a nurse stopped to help this woman, everybody else turned a blind eye. This video, even though an experiment, shows how others refuse to get involved when a crime happens in their presence. Its always scary to get involved but sometimes its necessary, especially if the victim can become injured or killed.
