Safety Sunday Shot #16 Today we look at the follow up to last weeks shot. Last week we looked at an option to slow roll the cue ball up against the 8 ball to play a safe, now we will look at what to do when someone doesnt do a good enough job getting them close together! Here we can see there is about a 1/4 gap between the two balls and the rail. This will take some practice but it fairly easy to master. You are just looking to lightly touch the cue ball and have it just nudge the 8 against the rail and then back out trying to freeze the 8 ball to the cue ball. If you pull this off your opponent has no option but to try to shot at an angle to another rail and try to leave you safe. Good luck!
