Sahjeevan is an Environment Non- for profit organization based out of Bhuj, Kutch, Gujarat. Working actively in the field of various issues relating to the biodiversity, Forest Rights Act, Urban issues relating to water and even in rural parts of kutch it is been actively working on regenerating drinking water resources. Biodiversity Conservation department of the organization is specifically looking for a female candidate. The probation period is for first six months of joining, there is a chance for extension after internal assessment. For the position of a Project coordinator (Researcher) we are looking at the following skills and experiences: 1. Masters in Life Science (Botany, Zoology, Forestry and Environmental Science), with Ecology as major subject and proven ability to conduct research independently. 2. Writing skills in English and Hindi is must. Gujarati will be an added advantage. 3. The candidate with interest in scientific writing, data management an analysis is most likely preferable for the post. 4. Selected candidate will be remunerated between Rs. 12,000/- to Rs. 15, 000/-per month.
