Said the words right out my mouth, I pay council tax. But do they tidy up the sh*t and rubbish the council houses and people leave on the street in my estate? No instead they give them these houses that they ruin and leave junk all outside there houses, litter the streets and then they spend the money giving them new kitchens, bathrooms etc. agreed council are not all like that as some do work but 80% dont and dont give a toss about the house or street.
