Salads will be your friend on the challenge.. So here are a few pointers to make them filling and not just something to eat because you dont know what to eat. Use greens (baby spinach, baby kale, arugula, etc.) not lettuce because they are nutrient rich and the fiber will fill you. Add grapes and/or other fruits to give you a burst of sweetness. Add other goodies like broccoli, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, nuts, and even cabbage. Point is... make a nutrient packed meal. Because ppl eat food but the body eats nutrients. So just because youre eating doesnt mean your body is eating.
