Salam everyone. I would like to post something to offer my apologies to anyone that may have been offended by the post made a few days ago. I am Palestinian, and what has been going on in my homeland has been tearing me into pieces on a daily basis. Watching my fellow countrymen their homes, bodies, and children blown into pieces has made me desperate to do anything I can. The problem is I am here in America, and even if i was there I doubt I would be able to do much more so I decided I would try to use social media to raise awareness and further the Palestinian cause in any way I can. I have been sharing and posting anything I feel will make a difference. I have lost numerous followers who dont agree with my staunch support of Gaza but this didnt bother me. Anyone who knows me will tell you I am a very passionate person and I wouldnt do anything to hurt anyone intentionally. I had gotten some information that I hastily posted in order to raise awareness and this led to hurting some people. Let me take this moment to let you know, if I offended you or hurt you in any way I sincerely apologize. My heart spoke before my mind could ascertain if what I was writing was verified. I would never try to knowingly or intentionally hurt anyone, especially my fellow countrymen and especially the Ziyad family who do so much for our community. Please accept this humble apology and know for future references I accept criticism and advice from anyone with good intentions.
