Salams, We need a meeting ASAP. Preferably tomorrow, so that we can get this done and then apply for grants: Dear Clubs, Orientation funding is conditional on advertising your event. To qualify for a grant you must list your event on the UMSU website with complete details and a description before 10 am on Thursday January 22. Any event that is not on the website will not be eligible for a grant. Execs are responsible for putting the event in WordPress (umsu.unimelb.edu.au/wp-login.php). Right now there are two issues with listing events: 1. You need a login If you have not received the login & password from the outgoing exec, now its the time to get it from them. Do not wait until the advertising deadline and then expect us or Communications to have time to help you quickly. If you do not have your WordPress login: 1. Search the club email inbox & junk folder. 2. Ask the old executive if they have it. 3. If neither of those options get you the details, email [email protected] (and cc [email protected]) to request it. When you find/receive the details keep them in your club records, accessible for future executives.
