Salem The series centers on Mary Sibley (Janet Montgomery), the beautiful, ruthless, yet vulnerable wife of the ancient, ailing but very wealthy George Sibley, one of the Salem town Selectmen. Xander Berkeley (Nikita) has also joined the series in the regular role of Magistrate Hale, one of the Salem’s Selectmen, a company man who believes in pomp and circumstance. Sounds boring right? Well it also delves into what really fueled the Salem Witch Trials, and Seth Gabel of Fringe will be playing a Witch Hunter overseer.
