Sales Assistant (deli) Job description ROLE: An Assistant is required in our delicatessen within Oswaldtwistle Mills. Ideally this will be 3.5 days per week to include one weekend day. SALARY: negotiable based on experience. Essential Excellent Customer Service Skills Well present with a pleasant manner Excellent understanding of expected hygiene standards and procedures Desirable Food Hygiene Certificate Previous experience in a similar role PERSONAL QUALITIES Excellent communication and customer service skills. Well presented with a flexible, can do attitude. Prepared to work out of hours as necessary. RESPONSIBILITIES Ø The assist in the smooth and effective running of the delicatessen within Oswaldtwistle Mills Ø Maximise the delicatessen performance Ø Ensure hygiene, health and safety regulations are strictly observed Ø Ensure customers are given the highest standards of service.
