Sales Associate Doncaster c25k Our Doncaster client is seeking sales people with strong customer driven skills to join their dynamic fast paced team. Candidates will be given full training to enable them to cover sales functions and deliver a first class customer experience. Duties include; • Taking in bound enquiries via instant messaging, live web chat, or telephone. • Dealing with queries, sales and complaints – no two calls are alike and you must be bale to think on your feet. • Advising customers on products and offering retail solutions to their needs • Soft sales – taking orders and payment from customers and inputting sales onto the database for delivery. In order to be considered for this role you must have strong verbal and written English and a clear confident telephone manner. Previous experience in a customer driven sales arena and motivated by the challenge of achieving great results. Owner/Driver essential for this role. Working varying shifts between the hours of 9am and 10pm – 5 out of 7 days so some unsociable working is essential in this role. We can offer full or part time roles for interested candidates.
