The role: -Providing daily support and supervision of the Customer Lobby Lead Gen team (25+ agents) -Actively train and coach agents to meet daily and weekly goals -Supervisory oversight in regards to agents schedules, days off, absences -Review prior day analytics and formulate plan for days expectations -Heavy coaching for performance, especially in the area of sales -Work with the Sales Manager and Recruiter to reach staffing and sales goals Duties: -Take charge and lead the outbound team with authority -Work with a high sense of urgency in a fast paced environment -Effectively explain calling techniques and procedures to sales agents -Monitoring calls for quality assurance -Enforce call center regulations and policies -Coordinate meetings, focus groups and coaching to improve agent performance -Develop and implement weekly sales contests -Utilize auto dialer to maintain efficient and effective campaign performance Skills & Experience: -4-year degree -Demonstrated success in prior supervisory role -2+ years of call center supervisor or management experience -Previous experience as a call center agent or sales representative -Experience with the Five9 Software a plus! -List management experience helpful -Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail indeed/cmp/Customer-Lobby/jobs/Sales-Call-Center-Supervisor-e40b22694d9494d6
