Ultimately I think of a computer as a video-editing station. In - TopicsExpress

Ultimately I think of a computer as a video-editing station. In general, Windows 8.1 is as bad as they say. So bad there isnt going to be an 8.2. Microsoft will jump to 9. Too bad 8.1 is glitch-a-licious cause it was significantly faster compared to 7, almost instant boot up and load (with a Solid State Drive.) Win7 is still very fast with the hardware I use, but Win8 was instant. So spent all day installing the latest Adobe software on Win8 when suddenly my DVD RW disappeared from My Computer. Common problem for Win8 users. Theres a reason Dell sold this computer with Windows 7 installed with optional Win8 installation CD. I was only going to use the solid state as a scratch disk for video editing and storage, but then realized it would be even faster to run the program(s) from the SSD instead of using SSD as just a processor/storage disk. The HD is storage and enhanced OS backup with software installed. Drives are 1TB each. And once I get all this tech stuff out of the way, Ill know exactly what Im doing when I put together about an hour long self-documenting video, using footage I already have from the late 90s to present, and add narration when I get a new cam. There isnt any documentary, not even House of Numbers, that focuses on one journey. The director, Brett Leung isnt very personal in the documentary and hasnt been through anything... and he wont/(cant?) reveal who funded this film. I think its important to be open because its easier to trust a message in this age of smoke-and-mirrors communication. Not everyones illnesses are the same and treatments would vary. Its too confusing to look at hiv or cancer or vaccines or auto-immune diseases from a group perspective. Theres no shortcut, no one article online that makes it clear. You dont really know about something until you go through it yourself, and care enough to pay attention to the details. Take it from her. She knows: https://youtube/watch?v=UIm8fHxqUAM
