South Africa is a democratic state and its government is based on the will of the majority that elects that government. The rights of individuals are respected by limitation of the rights of the majority. If the Public Protector is accountable to the Constitution, why should the ANC interfere to its findings? Having said that, there is a huge difference between Party Politics and the State. The majority then cannot keep quiet about the Nkandla scandal unless this is a banana rebublic or some national road in Malawi Justice must be served to those involved to respect the democracy that we claim to be celebrating. Lets go out in numbers to vote for the government that will respect the will of the majority and we will be able to define and celebrate Human Rights Day
