Sales Manager A Leading Systems integration Company Specialized in industries of: Interactive Education, Digital Signage, Professional Corporate Requirements and Home Security, Automation & Entertainment. located at Masaken Sheraton is hiring Sales Manager ROLE REQUIREMENTS: Creating and Leading sales calls and delivering sales presentations, and coordinating sales efforts for the company, building the sales pipeline, and networking to generate sales leads and increasing profits. Creates and conducts offers, quotations, proposal presentations and RFP responses. Trying to maximize opportunities through up selling and cross selling Conducts one-on-one review with all team players and/or Resellers to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executive’s sales and activity performance. Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Executives, resellers and open accounts. Prepares action plans for the effective continues stream of sales leads and prospects, in all vertical and horizontal markets. Insures that all Account Executives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes. Develops a sales plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company’s agreed sales goals per month contributing to its quarter annual targets, and over all company profitability. Identifying potential and always looking for new segments – thus increasing sales leads and opportunities. Monitor quality of work and ensure that customer expectations are being met at all levels. Excellent ability in managing and coordinating all projects in hand and keeping them up-to-date within the database of potential leads and projects. Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. Creating & keep updated a customers’ database through collecting the data of all potential leads and customers and abide to proper and accurate reporting. Classifying customer’s type and category through gathering basic information about customer. Delivering a weekly report with all activities & outputs to the direct manager, including leads and plans for the coming week. Skills & Abilities: Well acquainted with windows and office Packs Excellent Communication & leadership skills Minimum 5 Years of Experience in the same position Excellent English Team player, Self-motivated, persistent and task focused. Dynamic, flexible and proactive.,Strong negotiation skills Confident, dynamic, and results oriented. Lead & motivate Teams & colleagues.
