Sales Supervisor - QAM - Atlas Industrial Equipment Co - Riyadh Experience requirements: 4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the Med Gas industry Knowledge: - A team player, action oriented, trustworthy, ethical, and a problem solver - Excellent communication skills - Self-starter with an ability to succeed in a challenging environment - Competent and confident - Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability Educational requirements: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Due to the large increase in healthcare sector within Saudi Arabia, and as we are planning to furthermore develop our quality air division business and sales, by focused territory management and market coverage, we are looking for a dynamic, proactive and competent sales supervisor in the region of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and one more country within GCC. - Report to the regional quality air business line manager, and the country manager. - Follow up and develop the existing and new sales channels (Distributors), and ensure that distributors are well trained and qualified to handle Med Gas projects and services . - Build an effective business relation with distributors and key customers at all levels and undertakes presentations. Mission: - Establish strong relationship with consultants and designers in the Healthcare sector, in terms of providing design support and our products technical specifications. - Support the distributors/ customers Technically and commercially in coordination with the product company. - Ensure all customer requests/ inquiries are handled on a timely fashion. - Closely monitor and report the competitors activities and new products. - Interact with product company Beaconmedaes (USA, UK) marketing team for effective implementation of divisional business plans and for giving feedback on products. - Initiate and follow up of the marketing plans and strategies to ensure achievement of overall divisional business objectives - Prepare and arrange a periodic business review presentation/ meeting with distributors. - Joint customer visits with distributor representatives to give support in the sales process. - Promote all new products and ensure proper introduction into the market, including product launches, training, evaluation, feedback. - Prepare reports as assigned relative to activity, lost orders, closings, follow-up, and performance against budget. Report on special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity, including recommendations for product, service, evaluation of competitive developments.
